Wordpress Website Migration (Go Daddy) to Hostinger and PHP Update

I need a designer to move an existing website to a new host, clean up unused plugins, and ensure the site is running on the latest PHP version. The work should include a smooth migration, removing unnecessary extensions, and verifying everything functions correctly after the update. Please share relevant experience with similar projects and your approach to handling site transfers and performance improvements.
