WordPress & WooCommerce Mobile UX, Speed and Checkout Optimization

Our WordPress and WooCommerce website is already live. We now need a focused post-launch improvement phase rather than a complete rebuild. The aim is to make the website faster, cleaner on mobile, and more reliable throughout the buying journey. Scope: - Review the main desktop and mobile pages - Fix responsive issues on the homepage, shop, product, cart, and checkout pages - Improve product discovery and checkout usability where needed - Optimize images, scripts, and plugin configuration - Test forms, customer emails, and the complete purchase flow - Complete cross-browser QA and provide a short handover Existing branding and content will remain in place. The developer should be comfortable with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
