AI Automation Developer / Vibe Coder for Internal Tools and Operations

We are looking for a highly resourceful AI automation developer and vibe coder who can study our day-to-day business operations, identify inefficiencies, and build practical tools that save time, reduce manual work, and improve how our team operates. This role is not limited to completing predefined development tasks. We want someone who can understand how our business works, proactively spot opportunities for improvement, and recommend AI-powered solutions. What You’ll Be Doing • Review our current workflows, tools, and recurring operational tasks • Identify processes that can be automated, simplified, or improved using AI • Rapidly build internal tools, dashboards, applications, and workflow automations • Use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or similar AI development tools • Integrate APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party platforms • Connect different systems to collect, organize, analyze, and display data • Build lightweight prototypes and turn successful ideas into reliable internal tools • Work directly with our team to understand problems and propose solutions • Document the tools and workflows you create so they can be maintained and expanded Examples of Potential Projects • Internal dashboards that pull data from multiple platforms • AI agents that research, analyze, or organize information • Automated reporting and business intelligence tools • Content production and publishing workflows • Lead management and outreach systems • Data collection, enrichment, and classification tools • Connections between WordPress, Google Sheets, Google Drive, CRMs, Slack, email platforms, and other business tools • Custom applications that replace repetitive manual processes Ideal Candidate • Has previously built real tools, applications, automations, or AI agents • Is highly comfortable using Claude and other AI coding platforms • Can move quickly from an idea to a working prototype • Understands APIs, databases, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations • Can evaluate a business process and independently suggest improvements • Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Communicates clearly and can explain technical concepts in simple terms • Focuses on practical business results rather than overengineering • Is comfortable working across multiple projects and business units Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Make, Zapier, n8n, Supabase, Airtable, Google APIs, WordPress, and OpenAI APIs is a strong advantage.
