AI Content Automation Specialist (Claude API / Multi-Agent Systems for SEO Content)

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to refine, build, and scale our automated content generation system built around Claude (Anthropic API). We currently have basic working prototypes/prompts for content generation agents, but we need an expert to transform them into a near-perfect, production-ready pipeline. Beyond optimizing what we have, you will also help us build new agents from scratch (modeled after our existing logic) customized for different content clusters. If you know how to build structured AI workflows that handle everything from outline generation to fact-checking and programmatic SEO formatting, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Optimize Existing Agents: Refine and optimize our current Claude prompts and agent architectures to eliminate hallucinations, generic AI tone, and output formatting errors. Build New Cluster-Specific Agents: Design and build new agents from scratch (adapting our existing core logic) tailored to the unique formatting, intent, and research needs of different content categories. Build End-to-End Content Chains: Structure automated workflows that handle: Research & Drafting: Scrape context/SERPs, generate outline, and draft long-form content. Fact-Checking & Quality Guardrails: Validate factual claims, key terms, and product specifics automatically. SEO & CRO Integration: Inject target keywords, internal linking rules, schema markup, and high-converting CTA structures. Integrate & Publish: Connect Claude via API (using Python, Node.js, Make.com, or n8n) directly to our CMS for seamless draft creation. Ensure Cost & Token Efficiency: Optimize prompt engineering, system instructions, and token usage for high-volume content production. Required Skills & Qualifications Deep Expertise in Anthropic Claude: Advanced prompt engineering, System Prompts, Structured Outputs (JSON/Markdown), Tool Use / Function Calling, and Context Window management. Automation & Workflow Platforms: Hands-on experience with Claude, n8n, Python, or Node.js to chain API requests together. SEO & Content Architecture: Understanding of programmatic SEO, SERP analysis integration, on-page optimization, and CRO mechanics (tables, callouts, affiliate CTAs). Agent Frameworks (Nice to Have): Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), CrewAI, LangChain, or custom multi-agent routing.
