AI Growth Engineer (Remote)

: We are looking for a highly technical engineer who understands revenue and conversions. You won't just be maintaining our backend; you will be building custom LLM workflows to automate our outreach, analyze our customer data, and visualize the bottlenecks in our sales funnel. What You’ll Do: Build Python/FastAPI workflows that integrate LLMs to personalize outbound marketing at scale. Analyze massive user datasets to find conversion patterns and visualize the data (Pandas, Tableau, or Matplotlib) for the executive team. Write high-converting, direct-response prompts and email copy that the AI will use to generate leads. Who You Are: You have a CS degree, but you care about business metrics. You know how to write code, but you also know how to write copy that makes people click.
