Today every portrait is made by hand. We need the one piece that changes that: a single page where a customer uploads a pet photo, picks a style, and sees their generated portrait about a minute later. The benchmark for the experience: as simple as the personalisation flows of the big print-on-demand shops — upload, pick options, see it. The difference is that ours generates a real AI portrait, not a template mockup. This is deliberately small. Checkout, print and fulfilment are handled elsewhere — your job ends when the customer clicks "Order". --- ## The Page 1. Photo upload with a real progress bar. Style picker, five styles. No other fields. 2. On submit: generate one image at 1024 px via fal.ai. While waiting, show named steps (checking photo, capturing features, painting portrait) — no fake percentages. 3. Show the result with a small corner logo. Two buttons: **Order** — links to a URL we provide, with the image ID appended as a parameter. **Try again** — new generation, max 3 runs per session, enforced server-side. 4. Store photo, style, full prompt, seed and result in Supabase. We'll read the raw table — no admin UI. Mobile-first. Most of our traffic is phones. --- ## We Provide All prompts (tested and battle-proven), fal.ai account, Supabase project, logo, a simple design reference. You build the pipeline, not the brand. ## Hard Requirements - The fal API key stays server-side. Never in the browser. - Seed and full prompt are stored with every generation. That's the whole list. ## Explicitly Out of Scope Shopify integration, payments, photo quality checks, admin dashboard, print automation, email.
