Automate Shopify + Supplier CSV Sync (SFTP)

I run a Shopify dropshipping store and currently manage my product catalog sync manually using Google Sheets and Apps Script. I need help fully automating this workflow. Current process (manual): Export Shopify products to CSV, import into a "SHOPIFY" Google Sheet Connect to my supplier's SFTP via FileZilla, download their latest products csv Import that into a separate "SUPPLIER" Google Sheet Run Apps Script to: - Compare product titles/UPCs in SHOPIFY vs. SUPPLIER to flag discontinued items (in SHOPIFY but no longer in SUPPLIER) (THEN UPLOAD THAT IN SHOPIFY TO MAKE THOSE PRODUCTS "ARCHIVED") - Auto-generate tags, variants, and metafields based on supplier product titles - Apply price markup logic - Reformat/clean product titles - Map final output to a Shopify product import template What I need: - Automate the SFTP download step (no more manual FileZilla downloads) - Automate pulling the file into Google Sheets (or bypass Sheets entirely if there's a cleaner solution) - Keep/improve the existing Apps Script logic for comparison, tagging, pricing, and title formatting - Output a Shopify-ready import CSV automatically, ideally on a schedule (daily/weekly) - MUST: auto-archive discontinued products directly in Shopify via API Ideal skills: Google Apps Script? Maybe not SFTP/FTP automation (Node.js, Python, or similar) Shopify Admin API / CSV import structure Experience with ecommerce/dropshipping catalog management Please share relevant experience with similar automation projects (SFTP-to-Shopify pipelines, Apps Script product feeds, etc.) when applying.
