Battery sourcing specialist needed - 200 custom 502030 LiPo batteries delivered to the UK in 2 weeks

I’m looking for an experienced battery sourcing specialist to find and verify a supplier for 200 custom rechargeable lithium-polymer batteries. This is an urgent project. Within 48 hours of the contract starting, you must provide at least two contacted supplier options with confirmed availability, complete specifications, pricing, production time, shipping method and supporting documentation. At least one option must be purchase-ready, with the manufacturer/cell origin identified and preliminary UN 38.3 verification completed. Simply finding marketplace listings won’t count as sourcing. Required specification: - Quantity: 200 - Total Battery Cost less than 800USD - Cell format: 502030, approximately 5 × 20 × 30 mm - Capacity: 250 mAh - Voltage: 3.7 V nominal, 4.2 V maximum - Charging: manufacturer-rated for 1C / 250 mA - Integrated PCM providing overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection - 10 kΩ NTC at 25°C, B-value 3435 K, thermally bonded to the cell - Three wires: positive, negative and NTC - Genuine JST SHR-03V-S-B three-pin connector - 40mm wire length - Delivered to the UK within 14 calendar days of placing the order, or able to be dispatched within 10 calendar days of the order with an express air shipping service such as DHL Express Dangerous Goods or similar. The supplier must confirm the capacity tolerance, recommended/maximum charge current, maximum continuous discharge current, charging-temperature range, PCM thresholds and finished pack dimensions. Required documentation: - UN 38.3 test summary covering the exact cell/battery type - IEC 62133-2 report or certificate for the underlying cell - Complete cell/pack specification and approved drawing - PCM protection and NTC specifications - Manufacturer identity and model/batch traceability The full UN 38.3 report, SDS/MSDS and REACH documentation should also be obtained where available. Deliverables: - Contact and verify at least three credible suppliers - Confirm actual stock or production availability - Verify that documentation matches the battery being quoted - Obtain complete quotations covering unit cost, customisation, shipping, Incoterms and delivery date - Compare the options and recommend the best supplier - Help coordinate technical questions and the final order Suppliers may be discovered through marketplaces, but marketplace-only resellers with undisclosed or untraceable battery origins aren’t acceptable. The supplier must be a verified manufacturer, authorised distributor or established battery-pack assembler that discloses the underlying cell manufacturer and exact model.
