Build Laravel custom web app

It's an Adnetwork Publisher Dashboard Publisher Dashboard (User Dashboard Features) 1. Must Show Yesterday Earnings, This Month and Last month and Must have Statistics section to see this week, month, year, and all time data. 2. Section to Add domains/site and Show Ad tags like Popup, Banner, Popunder 3. He should be able to select payment terms among 7 days, 15 days, 30 days but to unlock 7 days and 15 days term, he needs to earn a minimum of 50$ for 15 days, or 100$ for 7 days to unlock them. Once unlocked, it should remain unlock. 4. multiple Payment methods should be available and full Payment history should be visible 5. When signing up, it should ask for Full Name, Email, and Country and contact info like Telegram/WhatsApp/teams/Discord/Others (required to fill anyone), when he select others, it should ask for ID and name of platform for contacting. On Admin side (My dashboard) 1. I must be able to edit/add impressions, clicks and earnings for the yesterday at any time and cpm should calculate and fill automatically upon editing impressions and earnings 2. When User Adds domain, it should be held for approval and before approving it, i should be able to add multiple Ad codes that he will get once his site is approved, the user should see only those ad codes whatever I add for his account and for his particular domain, different ad codes for different domains and different publishers. 3. Whatever payment term the users is at (7days, 15 days, 30 days) his outstanding balance should automatically set to withdraw, then i should get notified automatically within admin panel, and then I will pay manually and then publisher balance should become 0 again, after I mark their payment as completed. 4. Add a pages section and an announcement section.
