Claude Code Operator — Run an AI Company's Production Line (Sites, Voice AI, Docs, Automations)

Who we are We're an AI infrastructure company. We build Voice AI receptionists, CRM systems, automations, and digital assets for real-world businesses across a portfolio of brands. Nearly everything we produce internally is built and shipped through Claude Code — it's the engine behind our whole operation. We move fast, ship daily, and we're scaling. The role in one sentence We need a versatile Claude Code Operator who can sit in Claude Code all day and produce the same work we produce right now — websites, graphics, voice-AI demos, documents, automations, MCP/tool setups, research, and deployments — from a short brief to a finished, live, verified deliverable. Read this part carefully: you do not need to be a senior software engineer. Claude Code writes the code. What we need is someone who is an elite operator of it — who can direct it with clear instructions, follow our proven workflows, catch when the output is wrong, deploy it, verify it in a browser, and hand back clean finished work with a live link. Think of yourself as the pilot; Claude Code is the aircraft. Above all, we need a versatile person — someone who can pick up a new type of task and figure it out with Claude Code rather than needing a specialist for every job. What you'll actually do This is the real range of work we run through Claude Code. You won't do all of it on day one, but this is where it goes: 🌐 Websites & demo sites Spin up landing pages, one-page sites, and full multi-section premium websites (HTML/CSS/JS) and deploy them live Build voice-AI demo sites for prospects — research the business, rebuild their site as a branded demo, drop in a live voice widget, deploy, send the link Build password-gated internal sites — dashboards, task boards, planning hubs, checklists Mobile-optimize everything and keep the design clean, modern, and premium 🎙️ Voice AI Build and deploy AI voice agents (Retell) from a spec — prompt, knowledge base, greeting, call handling Wire live voice widgets onto client and demo sites so they actually answer, qualify, and book Build the knowledge bases the agents run on, and test the agents end to end 📄 Documents & sales assets Produce proposals, pricing sheets, one-pagers, and service agreements Write SOPs, onboarding docs, training material, and client handoff documents Generate branded, publication-quality PDFs (cover pages, headers, on-brand colors and logos) Turn raw inputs — audits, transcripts, notes — into finished, formatted deliverables 🎨 Graphics & assets Generate graphics and visual assets with Claude Code — logos, mockups, simple images, on-brand visuals for sites and docs Turn designs (including Figma) into live pages Organize brand assets, logos, and project files ⚙️ Automations, MCP & business systems Set up and connect MCP servers and tools so Claude Code can plug directly into the apps we use Build and maintain automations (Make.com / n8n / Zapier style) that connect forms, sheets, CRM, email, and calendars Set up CRM structure, pipelines, and automation logic; wire up lead capture, follow-up, and onboarding flows 🔎 Research & data Run structured research — competitors, industries, verticals, prospects — and turn it into clean, organized briefs Prospecting and lead-list building Repurpose content (transcripts → posts, docs, assets) 🚀 Deployment, domains & QA Understand domains and DNS — deploy to Vercel / Netlify and connect custom domains and subdomains yourself Verify every deployment in a real browser — screenshots, click-throughs, fixing what's broken before it's sent Keep our project folders, archives, and "source of truth" organized so nothing gets lost The stack you'll be operating (nice if you know it, fine if you'll learn it fast) Claude Code · Vercel / Netlify · Git · HTML/CSS/JS · domains & DNS · Retell (voice AI) · MCP servers · Make.com / n8n / Zapier · Figma · Google Workspace · Playwright (browser automation) · basic APIs. You're a great fit if you: Are versatile — you can take on a new kind of task and work it out with Claude Code instead of saying "that's not my thing" Have used Claude Code (or a similar AI agent — Cursor, Codex, Copilot) to actually ship something real Understand domains and DNS and can deploy a site and point a domain at it without getting stuck Know enough web (HTML/CSS/JS), command line, and Git to follow a workflow and fix small issues yourself Follow systems precisely and check your own work — you never send something you haven't opened and verified Are self-directed: you unblock yourself, research what you don't know, and figure it out Write clearly, communicate proactively, hit deadlines, and care about the details Bonus points: Voice AI experience (Retell, Vapi, ElevenLabs) Automations (Make.com, n8n, Zapier), APIs, or MCP servers A real eye for modern, high-end web design and graphics You've built demo sites, landing pages, or done fulfillment for an agency before You're fast and you've worked async with a founder before How we work Fully remote, async-friendly, long-term and ongoing — a role, not a one-off gig We start with a small paid test task so we can both see the fit before committing Start part-time; strong operators quickly move to more hours and more responsibility.
