Delivery of completed custom restaurant CMS (Next.js / Payload)

We are a web agency looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build and deliver CMS - a custom content management system that will power our clients' websites from one central platform. The system should include: business content editing (site info, opening hours, menu with prices, gallery, posts, testimonials, FAQ), customer enquiry management, theme colour customisation, one-click publishing to the live website, a multi-website management dashboard for our agency (add/remove websites, per-site status and last action, connection testing, deactivate/reactivate, per-site publishing), staff accounts with roles (admin / editor / viewer), a full activity log, an error log with export, and a secured content delivery interface for the websites. Deliverables (fixed price, one milestone): the working system demonstrated end to end, screen by screen, a written quality-test record, and a plain-language user guide. Expected timeline: 2 weeks. The developer works independently and reports progress to us. Deployment to our server and go-live will follow as a separate agreement. Required experience: Next.js, Payload CMS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, GitHub Actions.
