Develop Responsive Website from Completed Figma Design (Property Management Company)

AKS Real Estate Management LLC, a property management company launching in Houston, Texas, is looking for an experienced frontend developer to build our company website from a fully completed Figma design. The design phase is done — all pages and layouts have been finalized in Figma by our designer. We're now looking for a developer to bring this design to life as a fully functional, responsive, production-ready website. Scope of Work - Build out all pages from the Figma design: Home, About, Services, For Owners, Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use - Fully responsive implementation (desktop, tablet, mobile) - Implement interactive elements as designed, including: Hover animations; Image slideshow/carousel; Interactive map with a marked office location, hover/click popup showing contact details and logo; FAQ accordion - Build a functional contact form that: Captures name, email, phone, area of interest, and message; Includes a hidden/auto-filled field noting which entry point the visitor came from; Sends submissions to our email / connects to a CRM or email service (to be discussed) - Owner Login: The "Login" button should link out to our property management software's owner portal (Buildium), rather than requiring a custom-built login system. No custom authentication, database, or backend user system is needed for this. - Clean, semantic, maintainable code - Cross-browser compatibility and reasonable page load performance - Basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, semantic HTML structure) - Deployment support / guidance on hosting setup What We'll Provide - Complete Figma file with all pages, components, and interaction specs - All copy (finalized text for every page) - All images and the AKS logo/brand assets Ideal Skills & Experience - Strong experience turning Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive websites - Proficiency in HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript; experience with a modern framework (React, Vue, or similar) is a plus, but not required — we're open to a well-built site on any solid modern stack - Experience implementing forms and connecting them to email/CRM services - Experience with interactive map integrations (e.g., Google Maps API) with custom markers and popups - Attention to detail — this design has specific hover states, spacing, and layout requirements that should be replicated precisely, not approximated - Good communication skills; comfortable working with a small, hands-on founding team Nice to Have - Experience with property management, real estate, or small business websites - Familiarity with basic accessibility best practices - Experience setting up simple CMS functionality (if we want to update text/images ourselves later) Timeline We'd like development to begin as soon as possible after hire, with a target of 2-3 weeks for a fully functional first version, followed by a short review and revision round.
