FMB PDF to AutoCAD Subdivisions

I have an FMB map supplied only as a PDF and I need it redrawn in AutoCAD. The finished DWG must replicate every line, curve and annotation found on the PDF, but organised more cleanly: put all Land information on its own dedicated layer so future edits stay tidy...
