Front end developer to convert figma landing page to front end (no back end)

I have a figma design for a landing page for desktop and part of it designed for mobile done in figma. I need it converted to front end code and ideally vuejs but not necessary. More importantly is that you are experienced and can make the responsive look good even though my design is not 100% done for mobile Must be done today/urgently $6 per hour budget
