Full-Stack Developer for Digital Pharmacy Platform

We're building a digital pharmacy platform on top of an existing, fully licensed pharmacy in Nigeria. Patients will be able to upload prescriptions, order medications and wellness products, and consult with a pharmacist online. The regulatory, licensing, and clinical groundwork is already in place, we need a developer to build the technical platform. We're starting with a lean, focused MVP rather than a full-featured build: User authentication & basic profile management Product catalog & shopping cart Prescription upload consultation channel Basic order management Simple admin dashboard for the pharmacy team What we're looking for: Strong experience with React (or similar) frontend and a robust backend (Laravel, Node, or Django) Comfort working with sensitive/regulated data — healthcare, fintech, or similar experience is a strong plus Someone who can advise on realistic architecture decisions for a lean v1 that can scale later, not over-engineer from day one Clear communicator, comfortable working with a non-technical founder Nice to have: Familiarity with Nigerian data protection requirements (NDPR) Prior work on a healthcare or pharmacy-related product To apply, please include: Relevant past projects (links welcome), especially anything healthcare, fintech, or otherwise data-sensitive Your recommended tech stack for this scope, and why Estimated timeline and budget for the MVP as described above Availability to start We're looking to move from planning into build soon, so please only apply if you're currently available to take on new work.
