# Web Developer Needed – Update SaaS Landing Page & Build KPI Verification Flow We are looking for a web developer to make several updates to our existing website, **Verifyd.co**. Verifyd is a platform that allows sales professionals to build verified career profiles by having their sales performance verified by a current or former manager. We already have: * An existing landing page * Existing website design/branding * A working verification flow/demo * The core concept and user journey We are **not looking for a complete redesign**. We need someone who can update the existing website and build the improved verification journey described below. ## Scope of Work ### 1. Update Landing Page CTA Replace the existing: **"Join the waitlist"** with: **"Get Your Sales Performance Verified"** Underneath, update the supporting copy to: **"Join the sales professionals building verified career profiles."** The CTA should take the user into the new verification flow. --- ## 2. Build Sales Performance Verification Flow When a salesperson clicks **"Get Your Sales Performance Verified"**, they should enter a simple multi-step flow. ### Step 1 – Select Performance Period Allow the salesperson to select the period they want verified. Initially: * 2025 Performance * 2026 YTD Performance Ideally, this should be structured so additional years/periods can easily be added in the future. ### Step 2 – Select KPIs The salesperson chooses which sales KPIs they want their manager to verify. Initial KPI options: * Quota Attainment % * Revenue Closed (ARR / ACV) * Number of Deals Closed * New Logos Acquired * Pipeline Generated * Win Rate % * Average Deal Size * Largest Deal Closed We would also like an option to: **+ Add another KPI** for users with company/role-specific performance metrics. ### Step 3 – Enter Performance Based on the KPIs selected, dynamically display fields where the salesperson enters their results. Example: **2025 Sales Performance** Quota Attainment: **118%** Revenue Closed: **£520,000** New Logos: **14** Pipeline Generated: **£2.1m** Win Rate: **32%** The verification should also be associated with: * Company * Job title * Performance period The user then clicks: **Continue →** ### Step 4 – Add Manager The salesperson provides the details of the person who can verify their performance. They select: **Current Manager / Former Manager** Then enter: * Manager full name * Job title * Company * Work email address CTA: **Send Verification Request** --- ## 3. Manager Verification Email Once submitted, the manager should automatically receive an email. Example: **Subject: Please verify [Name]'s sales performance** The email should explain that the salesperson has requested verification of their performance and show: * Salesperson * Company * Role * Performance period * KPIs awaiting verification The manager then clicks: **Review & Verify Performance** This should take them to a secure verification page. --- ## 4. Manager Verification Page The manager should see the salesperson's submitted performance. The manager then clicks: **Confirm Verification** We would prefer this approach rather than simply Approve/Reject because a manager may agree with most metrics but need to correct one figure. --- ## 5. Verification Confirmation Once completed: ### Salesperson The salesperson should see that their verification has been completed successfully. ### Verified Profile The verified performance should then be displayed on their profile in a clear format such as: **2025 PERFORMANCE · VERIFIED ✓** **118%** Quota Attainment **£520K** Revenue Closed **14** New Logos **£2.1M** Pipeline Generated **32%** Win Rate **£110K** Largest Deal **Verified by [Manager Name]** Sales Director · Company Verification Date --- ## Important Product Structure A verification should be structured as: **Salesperson → Company → Role → Performance Period → Multiple KPIs → Manager Verification** We do NOT want every KPI treated as a completely separate verification request. One manager should be able to verify multiple KPIs in one request. --- ## Design We already have an existing design direction and branding. The new pages should: * Match the existing Verifyd branding * Be clean and modern * Be mobile responsive * Feel like a polished B2B SaaS product * Keep the verification process extremely simple * Use clear progress indicators such as: **1. Select KPIs → 2. Enter Performance → 3. Add Manager → 4. Verification** We can provide visual mockups showing roughly how we want the flow to look. --- ## Existing Assets Successful applicant will receive access to: * Existing Verifyd website/codebase * Current verification flow/demo * Visual mockups * Copy/content * Branding/assets The existing website is **Verifyd.co**, so this project is primarily an extension and improvement of what already exists rather than building a product from scratch. --- ## Ideal Developer We're looking for someone who: * Has experience building SaaS products/web applications * Has strong frontend/UI skills * Can work with an existing codebase * Can implement transactional email flows * Understands database-backed multi-step forms * Can build secure verification links/workflows * Writes clean, maintainable code * Can suggest sensible UX improvements where appropriate Experience building authentication, invitations, referrals, verification systems, or similar workflows would be particularly useful. ## When Applying Please include: 1.
