Full-Stack Developer for Store System Update

I have a tire store with an existing system already in place for tracking sales, inventory, and assortment. I’m preparing to open a new store in the city and need a full-stack-AI developer to update the current system to support the new location. The frontend is built with React, the backend with Flask, and the database is Postgres, with all infrastructure hosted on GCP. The work will focus on extending the system to manage sales, inventory, and assortment across both stores. Also I'd like to implement some mechanism to predict the demand of products for ideal assortment (Machine Learning or AI implementation)
