Full-Stack Developer Needed – Real Estate CMA & Listing Management SaaS Platform

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build a standalone SaaS platform for real estate professionals in the United States. The platform will begin with an advanced Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) system. Real estate agents will connect to their authorized MLS/data source, select a property, identify comparable sales, analyze and adjust comparables, and generate an estimated property value range with professional charts, including scatter graphs and market analytics. The long-term platform will become a complete listing-side operating system for real estate agents, including: CMA and comparable-property analysis Listing presentations Seller Net Sheets Contacts/CRM Listing agreements, forms and e-signatures Property marketing package generator Social-media marketing engine Single-property websites Offer comparison Transaction management dashboard Brokerage/team management Native iOS and Android applications Multi-MLS expansion across the United States AI-assisted property, CMA, marketing and workflow features A central Property Workspace will connect all modules so information is entered once and reused throughout the listing lifecycle. The system should be designed as a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS application with a modern web interface, secure backend, database, API architecture, user roles/permissions, PDF/report generation, charting, subscription billing, and modular third-party integrations. Important: Experience with real estate technology, MLS/RESO APIs, SaaS platforms, API integrations, React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP, AI integrations, mobile development, and e-signature/document systems would be highly desirable. I already have a detailed 30-page product and development blueprint covering the screens, workflows, database structure, modules, integrations and development roadmap. Please provide examples of similar SaaS platforms you have developed, your recommended technology stack, experience with MLS/RESO data integrations, estimated approach/timeline, team size, and whether you can handle the project from architecture through production deployment.
