Linux VPS / LAMP Server Administrator Needed for Ongoing Work

I’m a web developer looking for an experienced Linux server administrator who can help me set up, configure and maintain VPS servers for different client projects. Most applications are traditional PHP/MySQL web applications, so I’m looking for someone with strong practical experience with: Linux VPS administration, preferably Ubuntu/Debian Apache and/or Nginx PHP configuration and optimization MariaDB / MySQL setup and tuning php.ini and PHP extensions SSL certificates / Let's Encrypt DNS and basic mail/DNS configuration SFTP / SSH Server security and firewall configuration Backups Performance tuning and troubleshooting Typical assignment: I purchase a new VPS and provide the required application specifications. You configure the server so it is secure, stable and ready for production use. I’m specifically looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis. Initially this will be occasional work, but I expect to set up more client VPS servers over time. You should be comfortable making recommendations rather than simply following instructions and be available during weekends and off hours in case of an emergency.
