Overview: We are a boutique B2B professional services talent acquisition agency in Australia. We are launching an automated, multi-channel client and candidate sourcing machine. We are looking for an expert low-code Automation Architect to build our entire backend data pipeline. You will be responsible for connecting our systems, configuring domain security, ensuring elite inbox deliverability, and building automated scraping, visual mapping, and cross-platform synchronization loops. Project Type & Payment Milestones (Fixed-Price Budget: $350 USD Total): This project will be executed using a strict milestone-based framework. Release of funds requires live verification of functional deliverables. Milestone 1 ($100 USD): - Infrastructure & Deliverability BaseSecurely configure full DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, and a monitoring DMARC p=none policy) on Namecheap for 5 lookalike domains. - Provision a single Google Workspace account hosting these 5 domains (1 professional inbox per domain, 5 total). - Connect all 5 inboxes to Smartlead.ai via Google OAuth, establish conservative campaign sending parameters, and successfully trigger a 21-day automated email warmup sequence. Milestone 2 ($100 USD): - Cloud Data Extraction LoopBuild a Make.com scenario using a cloud-based scraper (Apify/Hexomatic) to extract a target directory of national businesses from a public registry. - The loop must automatically capture Company Name, Website, Postcode, State, and specific structured categorical metadata parameters, saving the clean output rows straight into our master database. Milestone 3 ($150 USD): Airtable CRM, Visual Map, & Sequence Triggers - Configure a master Airtable Base acting as our custom, searchable CRM split into Company Directories and Contact Registries. - Install and configure Airtable’s native Map/Geocoding Extension (via a Mapbox/Google API token) so all business addresses automatically plot on a visual map interface, color-coded by categorical metadata. - Build a Make.com integration that watches a specific "Map Selection View" in Airtable. When we draw a visual lasso/radius circle on the map with a mouse, Make must instantly pull those local companies, pass their URLs through an AI module (OpenAI/Claude) to write a hyper-personalized opening line based on their homepage text, and automatically push them into an active Smartlead campaign group. - Configure an automated "Do Not Contact" (DNC) sync webhook loop between Smartlead and Airtable for strict anti-spam compliance.
