Mobile App + Web Task Management Platform Developer (Flutter/React Native + Backend)

I need two connected applications built for my organization — ideally by one developer or team so the design and data stay consistent, but I'll also consider proposals for just one of them. What I need built: Field Sales Mobile App A mobile app for field sales/marketing reps to replace a Google Form we currently use for daily reporting. It needs to capture: A home dashboard with today's performance stats (patients brought, contacts, places visited, referrals) and a task list A guided, multi-step daily report: patients brought (repeatable name+phone entries), places visited (business name, type, contact, phone, GPS location, purpose, outcome, notes), new partner organizations encountered, and referrals (patient, source, referred-by, department, status) A persistent, searchable partner/organization database shared across the sales team Photo/file attachments (e.g. business cards, signboards) Full offline support with local draft saving and auto-sync when back online — reps often work with poor signal Bilingual interface: Somali and English, switchable Task Management Web Platform A lightweight Asana/ClickUp-style platform for managers to create, assign, and track tasks across departments (Media Team, Call Center, Sales Team, and others). Needs: Create Task form: title, description, department, assignee(s), priority, status, start/due date & time, project, checklist, attachments Automatic task assignment, notifications, and updates to "My Tasks," department lists, and the manager dashboard Employee view: tasks grouped by Overdue / Due Today / Upcoming Manager/admin dashboard: all-tasks table with summary cards (Total, Not Started, In Progress, In Review, Completed, Overdue), filters, search, and sorting Reporting views for Call Center and Sales Team performance, exportable to CSV/PDF Requirements: Role-based access control (rep / agent / manager / admin) Push notifications (task assigned, due/overdue) Secure login; PIN or biometric unlock on mobile is a plus Should scale from ~tens of users now to a few hundred without a redesign Tech stack: Open to your recommendation — cross-platform mobile (Flutter or React Native) is preferred so Android and iOS can ship from one codebase, Android is the priority platform.
