Nextjs Site — Need Visitor Analytics + Cloudflare Setup

Got a nextjs site running but honestly I have no clue whos visiting it. Want to see how many people come in, what countries, what pages they look at. Nothing fancy just numbers I can check. Dont want google analytics, someone told me its heavy and needs those cookie popups. Rather something light. Also the domain isnt set up on cloudflare yet, still pointing the old way. Need that sorted too so the site loads faster and has the secure lock. Set it up under my own account so the data is mine and send me a link I can just open. My guy who did the site isnt around anymore.
