PDF Financial Tables to Excel

I have up to five PDF files that contain structured financial tables—balance-sheet style figures, quarterly summaries, and similar line-item data. I need every table lifted cleanly from each document and placed into Excel (.xlsx) so the numbers can be filtered, summed, and charted right away...
