Python Developer for Public Records Data Extraction & Automation (Florida)

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to build an automated data pipeline to collect and structure publicly available property and municipal filing records. Scope of Project: 1. Automated indexing of designated municipal registry tables and published public notices. 2. Cross-referencing records against public property appraiser tables to extract parcel details and property attributes. 3. Clean data transformation and export into a structured, normalized CSV file formatted for database import. Technical Requirements: - Python (Playwright, Selenium, or HTTP client libraries) - Ability to handle dynamic JavaScript-rendered tables, pagination, and multi-step search queries. - Implementation of polite request handling: retry logic, throttling, and session management. - Built-in deduplication engine to ensure recurring runs only extract newly indexed filings. - Clean, documented code that can be run on a scheduled interval.
