React Developer Needed – Build a Simple Project Management SPA

I'm looking for a React.js developer to build a clean and responsive Project Management SPA (Single Page Application). I don't currently have a Figma design or detailed UI specification, so I'm looking for someone who can create a simple, modern dashboard UI based on the requirements below. The goal is a functional MVP/prototype, not a large production-level project.
