We are Sound Off, a rapidly growing immersive audio technology company looking for a tech-forward Revenue Operations and GTM Specialist who can help us build scalable outbound growth systems.
We are looking for a builder who can engineer automated lead-generation systems, create scalable sales workflows, and help us generate qualified pipeline across several key growth verticals.
Our existing HubSpot data hygiene is well-maintained. We do not need a big administrative cleanup. We need someone who can jump straight into the execution phase, configuring systems to ingest new data streams and launching outbound sequences immediately.

3. Briefly explain how you would approach finding the right decision-makers for (a) a local fitness community on SweatPals vs. (b) a university. What data points would you look for to qualify them?
**Key Growth Areas**
Fitness and Wellness Vertical: Sourcing, scraping, and enriching data for event organizers and facilitators hosting events on Eventbrite and Sweatpals.
Schools, Churches and AV Companies: Sourcing and building targeted prospect databases to expand our institutional presence.
Immediate Project Milestones (Expected 10 to 15 Hours Per Week):
We have structured this project into four clear velocity-focused phases:
Milestone 1: Technical Alignment and Pipeline Launch (Days 1 to 5): Verify our current HubSpot setup can seamlessly handle incoming data streams. Map out necessary custom properties for the new verticals and immediately begin building the scraping pipelines.
Milestone 2: Data Sourcing Integration (Days 6 to 15): Set up an automated engine to pull active Eventbrite and Sweatpals creators in our target regions directly into HubSpot.
Milestone 3: Outbound Sales Sequences (Days 16 to 25): Build and launch multi-touch email sequences and automated follow-up cadences tailored specifically to our new buyer personas.
Milestone 4: Reporting and Tracking (Days 26 to 30): Build functional, real-time HubSpot dashboards tracking pipeline health, data velocity, sales rep activity, and conversion metrics.
**Our Tech Stack and Experience We're Looking For**
HubSpot Sales Hub Mastery: Expert-level capability in building workflows, advanced schemas, and sequences.
AI and Engineering-Forward Mindset: We want a Growth Engineer who leverages modern terminal-based tools, like Claude Code or custom Python and API scripts, to write scraping engines and manipulate bulk data efficiently.
Growth Stack Expertise: Deeply familiar with modern outbound automation platforms like Clay, Apollo, and Zapier.
