We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Full-Stack AI Developer to help build an early-stage AI platform. The project involves building an AI-powered system with autonomous agents, business workflows, AI memory, tool/function calling, API integrations, and multi-model AI architecture. We are considering Qwen, Mistral, OpenAI, Claude and NVIDIA/local GPU infrastructure, with the possibility of adapting/fine-tuning open-weight models as the project develops. Required skills - AI/LLM development - AI agents & autonomous workflows - Qwen/Mistral or other open-weight models - OpenAI/Claude APIs - RAG & AI memory - Model routing - Fine-tuning/model adaptation - Python and/or TypeScript - Node.js - PostgreSQL - API integrations - Docker/Git - NVIDIA GPU/local inference experience We are looking for someone who can help with architecture as well as development, and potentially work with us long-term.
