SuiteCRM Developer Needed for PHP and MySQL Upgrade

We are seeking an experienced SuiteCRM developer to upgrade and modernize our existing SuiteCRM environment. Our system currently runs on PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.7. Because these versions are outdated, we need a developer who can assess the existing installation and perform a carefully planned migration to current, stable versions supported by SuiteCRM—without disrupting existing features, data, integrations, or business operations. This is not simply a server upgrade. The selected developer must be able to identify compatibility issues, recommend an appropriate migration path, and determine whether the work should be completed through a staged upgrade.
