Support for Custom App and Service Now

We have a custom app developed in-house and a Service Now integration covering incident, request, and change. We need support to ensure everything is properly built and functioning as intended. The ideal candidate will have experience with Service Now and custom app development, and be able to identify and fix any issues with the current setup.
