Urgent WooCommerce Expert Needed for USPS Shipping and Checkout Errors

Our previous website programmer is no longer available, so we are looking for a dependable WordPress/WooCommerce developer who can help with this urgent checkout issue and potentially provide ongoing website support. We value clear communication, careful troubleshooting and someone who can become familiar with our website and business over time. Our immediate need is to diagnose and repair two checkout problems that appeared after recent website updates. Primary issue: USPS rates not displaying USPS shipping options are no longer appearing for any physical products. Customers enter valid U.S. addresses but receive a message that no shipping options are available, preventing them from completing checkout. Our current setup includes: * WordPress 7.1 * WooCommerce 11.0.1 * ELEX USPS Shipping Method for WooCommerce Basic 3.1.3 * Current USPS REST API—not the legacy API The ELEX plugin is active, but its settings page appears incomplete, and USPS is not available when adding a method to a WooCommerce shipping zone. We cannot use a universal Flat Rate because we sell products with significantly different shipping costs. Secondary issue: credit-card checkout During testing, we also received an “Unfortunately, your credit card details are not valid” error. After two attempts, the card fields could not be reopened to correct or re-enter the information. We need to determine whether this is connected to the shipping failure or is a separate checkout/payment-gateway problem.
