Website & CRM: SEO Landing Page, Outlet Section, UI Fixes & Backend Updates

We're looking for a developer to handle a bundle of 8 UI, backend, and CRM improvements across our web platform. All 8 tasks are bundled into a single fixed-price contract of $245 USD, paid as one milestone upon completion of all of them. What needs to be done: 1) SEO Landing Page: Build a new dedicated landing page optimized for search engines. The page should include proper meta tags, H1 heading, structured content sections, and targeted keyword placement. Mobile responsive and consistent with the existing site design. 2) Outlet Section: Create a new Outlet section on the website with its own listing page, product cards, and basic filtering. Should integrate with the existing product catalog and backend. 3) Logo Update: Replace the current logo in the site header, favicon, and any other locations it appears. Assets will be provided. 4) Prefab Property Copy Fix: Fix a bug where a specific property field is not correctly carried over when duplicating a prefab product entry in the admin panel. 5) Session and Auth Timeout Fix: Investigate and resolve a session or authentication timeout issue that causes users to be unexpectedly logged out before the expected session expiry. Likely related to token refresh or cookie configuration. 6) CRM Column Sorting: Add or restore column-header sorting in the CRM data tables so users can click column headers to sort records ascending or descending. 7) FormatException Fix: Diagnose and fix a FormatException error in the backend, triggered by an unexpected data format during parsing. Should include a code-level fix and a basic validation check. 8) Bulk Product Update: Implement a bulk update feature in the admin panel allowing products to be updated in batch (price, status, or category). Should handle both UI selection and backend processing. Deliverables: - Code changes committed to the existing codebase. - Light testing of each fix in our dev/staging environment before handover. - A short note per task explaining what was changed and where (file/function level). Timeline: roughly 5 to 7 business days total. Tasks can be worked in parallel where it makes sense. Revisions: up to 2 rounds of revisions per task within original scope, included. IP and Confidentiality: All code becomes our property upon final payment. Contractor agrees not to share or reuse the codebase or business logic. Ideal candidate: Intermediate full-stack developer comfortable with PHP, JavaScript, and web-based CRM interfaces.
