WHM cleanup and security update

I have a WHM that was well protected. But for some reasons, I feel like it is attacked and may have some viruses/malware. I need you to test and see if anything is wrong with the server and the security settings in place. I need you to do some virus/attack testing to find and fix things that need to be patched / fixed. I an not looking for a beginner, but someone experienced. I also need the PHP updated. Check all security settings and ensure the WHM and the cpanels on the sites are secured. If you do well, you may become the one I can count on to manage my server as needed for a long term relationship.
