Windows App Modernization & Cleanup

I have the full source code for a small Windows desktop program that I used to ship on CD back in the Windows 7 days. The software still runs, but it contains hard-coded links to websites I no longer maintain and it is no longer reliable on the latest Windows releases (8, 10, 11, 64-bit)...
