WooCommerce Tracking Expert Needed – Fix GA4, Google Ads, Meta CAPI & LinkedIn

Our WooCommerce store sells legal document templates and subscriptions in South Africa. Orders are processing correctly in WooCommerce, but Google Analytics is recording zero purchases and Google Ads is recording zero conversions. Tags are installed on the site, but they are not reporting correctly. We need someone to diagnose the issue, fix it, and then build out the rest of the measurement stack properly. This is approximately 25 hours of work. Hourly rate: $20–$25 AUD per hour depending on experience. We have allocated 25 hours to the project. If you complete the work faster, we are still prepared to pay for the full 25 hours, provided everything is completed correctly and tested. Job scope, in order: 1. Diagnose why the purchase event is not reaching GA4. 2. Fix it so GA4 records at least 95% of WooCommerce orders and revenue accurately. 3. Build the full ecommerce funnel from view_item through to purchase. 4. Fix Google Ads conversion tracking and implement Enhanced Conversions. 5. Install Meta Pixel + CAPI and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. 6. Build retargeting audiences. 7. Document the setup and provide a full handover. Estimated hours: Milestone 1: Diagnose the problem 6 hours Milestone 2: Get GA4 recording sales accurately 10 hours Milestone 3: Get Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn tracking working properly 4 hours Milestone 4: Build audiences, test everything and provide handover/proof that tracking is working 5 hours Total: 25 hours You must have: - Proven experience successfully setting up GA4, WooCommerce and Google Ads conversion tracking - Specific WooCommerce data layer experience, not just general GTM on WordPress experience - Strong knowledge of the GA4 ecommerce schema, including the items array - Experience implementing Google Ads Enhanced Conversions - Experience implementing Meta CAPI with event_id deduplication - Ability to read and write basic JavaScript and PHP hooks Nice to have: - Server-side GTM experience - WooCommerce Subscriptions experience - Consent Mode v2 experience
