WordPress Custom Theme Developer – PHP, JavaScript, GSAP & SQL

We're looking for an experienced WordPress theme developer who is comfortable working with custom code, not just page builders and existing themes. We have an existing WordPress project that needs custom development and improvements. The right person should be able to work directly with the theme code and understand WordPress development at a deeper level. What you'll be working on Custom WordPress theme development and modifications PHP development using WordPress hooks, filters, and functions JavaScript for custom interactions and functionality GSAP animations and scroll-based effects Custom templates and reusable components MySQL / SQL work when needed AJAX and dynamic functionality Bug fixing and improving existing code Responsive development for desktop, tablet, and mobile Performance optimization and clean, maintainable code What we're looking for You should be comfortable working directly with WordPress theme files and custom code rather than relying heavily on page builders or plugins. Required: Strong WordPress development experience Good PHP knowledge Strong JavaScript skills HTML/CSS Experience with GSAP Good understanding of MySQL / SQL WordPress theme structure, hooks, filters, and custom post types Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase Theme Development Experience Experience developing and submitting themes to ThemeForest or WordPress.org is highly preferred.
