WordPress + Twilio SMS Expert Needed

We are looking for someone experienced with WordPress, SMS automation, Twilio (or comparable providers), and current U.S. SMS registration/compliance requirements. What we need: We have a WordPress website with lead forms. When a lead fills out a form, we want an immediate text message sent to our internal team notifying us of the new lead. For example: New Lead: Name Company Phone Email Source The SMS is primarily an internal notification to us, rather than a marketing text sent to the person submitting the form. WordPress experience is important We need someone comfortable working directly with WordPress and common form systems/plugins. Depending on our current setup, this may involve: WordPress form plugins Webhooks Zapier Make.com Twilio Direct API integrations Custom WordPress/PHP integration if needed We would like you to review the existing WordPress setup and recommend the simplest and most reliable way to trigger the SMS notification. We need someone who understands the compliance side We know SMS regulations and carrier requirements have changed considerably over the last few years. We specifically want someone who understands things such as: A2P 10DLC registration Brand and campaign registration The Campaign Registry (TCR) Twilio Trust Hub Toll-Free Verification, if that is a better solution SMS opt-in/consent requirements STOP/HELP requirements where applicable Privacy Policy / Terms requirements Carrier filtering and deliverability Current U.S. SMS messaging requirements Please do not apply if your experience is simply connecting a WordPress form to Zapier and sending a Twilio text. We want someone who understands the entire setup and registration process and can implement this into our WordPress site.
