Job Alerts ("Job", "we") is a service by Integrono (Ihor Muravshchyk, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine; [email protected]). It sends you alerts about new freelance projects on Upwork, Freelancer and Guru via the website job.integrono.com, the Android app com.integrono.job_alerts, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack and Discord. Job is not affiliated with these marketplaces.

1. Data we collect

Account: email, name, password hash (or Google account ID, name and email if you use Google Sign-In).
Alert settings: keywords, filters, delivery channels, and chat/user IDs of the messengers you connect (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord).
Usage: jobs delivered to you, jobs you open or save, alert counts, timestamps.
Technical: IP address and user agent in server logs (kept up to 30 days); crash reports from the Android app (error text, stack trace, app version, build, platform).
Billing (if you buy a paid plan): handled by the payment provider; we receive only the payment status and the plan.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and deliver alerts (contract), to keep the service secure and fix errors (legitimate interest), and to send service emails. No profiling for ads; no sale of data.

3. Public job data

The job posts we show are public listings from the marketplaces; we do not access your marketplace accounts.

4. Sharing

Hosting (IONOS, EU), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Google (sign-in), the messenger platforms you connect (only to deliver your alerts) and our email delivery provider. No other third parties; we do not sell data.

5. Retention

While your account is active. Deleting the account removes your data immediately; email requests are handled within 30 days. Logs are kept up to 30 days, crash reports up to 90 days, backups roll over within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, export, deletion and objection. Delete your account in the Android app (Account → Delete account), on https://job.integrono.com/en/account/delete, or by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK you may complain to your data protection authority.

7. Security

HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, access limited to the developer.

8. Children

The service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

9. Changes

We post updates on this page and change the date above.

Android app

The Job Alerts Android app (package com.integrono.job_alerts) is a client for your Job Alerts account at job.integrono.com. It uses the same account and the same data as the website; this policy applies to both.

What the app collects

Account data: your email address and name when you sign in with email or with Google. With Google Sign-In we receive only your name, email and Google account ID; we never see your Google password.
The content you create or open in the app (your alert filters, saved jobs and, if you connect them, your Telegram/WhatsApp/Slack/Discord chat IDs for notifications), which is stored on our servers so it syncs with the web cabinet.
Crash reports: when the app fails, it sends us the error message, stack trace, app version, build number and the platform name ("android"). Crash reports contain no device identifiers, location or contacts.
A sign-in token is kept on your device (Android shared preferences) so you stay logged in. Signing out removes it.

What the app does not collect: location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, advertising ID or other device identifiers. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics SDKs. It only requests the Internet permission.

Security: all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS).

Sharing: we do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use service providers to run the service (hosting in the EU, Cloudflare, Google for sign-in, email delivery); they process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion: we keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all related data in the app (Account → Delete account), at https://job.integrono.com/pt/account/delete, or by writing to [email protected] from the account email. Deletion from the app or the web page is immediate; email requests are handled within 30 days. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days; backups roll over within 30 days.
