3D STEP Model: Plastic Toy

I have a medium-sized plastic toy (roughly between 10 cm and 30 cm) that must be reproduced as an accurate 3D model. The sole purpose of the file is to go straight to my mould maker in China, so every contour and snap-fit detail needs to translate cleanly into their tooling software...
