AI Automation Lead: Lead Generation Systems, AI Agents (Voice + Chat), Claude Skills & Team Training

We are a staffing company serving U.S. home care agencies, and we also run a private-pay home care agency, so we use AI across staffing, sales, client service, and care operations. Our biggest need right now is more qualified leads. We are hiring one hands-on AI builder to build our lead generation engine first, then the AI agents that make our team's daily work easier. We want someone who finds the highest-value work, ships it, and needs minimal supervision. WHAT YOU WILL OWN 1. Lead generation engine (first priority): AI-assisted prospecting, enrichment and scoring, personalized outreach drafts for human approval, follow-up sequences, and content and SEO workflows that bring in inbound leads over time. Reporting on replies, meetings booked, and cost per lead. 2. AI agents for our team: internal agents that take repetitive work off our team in areas like recruiting, operations, and sales, plus new ones you propose after auditing our processes. 3. Customer-facing agents: voice and chat agents for intake, after-hours inquiries, and follow-up, connected to our CRM. 4. Claude and workflow automation: Claude skills, scheduled tasks, MCP connectors, API workflows, and n8n or Zapier orchestration. 5. Content engine: AI-driven social media, video creation, and SEO for our brands. 6. Training and governance: teach our staff to build and use agents and skills, keep a reusable library and SOPs, and set AI usage rules for review, logging, and data privacy. GUARDRAILS ON EVERYTHING YOU BUILD - AI recommends, a person decides. No auto-rejecting candidates, no auto-paying anyone, no unreviewed outreach. - Candidate, payroll, and client data is sensitive. Access is limited, logged, and documented. - Every score or recommendation shows its reason so we can audit it. - Outreach follows U.S. email and texting rules, including opt-out handling. OUR STACK: GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, TeamTailor, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, n8n, and the Claude API. You may recommend better tools. YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU - Have live AI or automation systems you built and still run, with before/after results (hours saved, cost cut, leads or meetings gained) - Have built outreach, lead-gen, or content automations, not only chatbots - Know n8n, Make, or Zapier well, and can write Python or JavaScript - Have built agents connected to real business tools through APIs and webhooks - Write your own specs, document everything, and prioritize by ROI without being told - Have trained non-technical people and can do it patiently - Take data privacy seriously (HIPAA awareness is a plus) Bonus: staffing, recruiting, payroll, healthcare, or home care experience. Not a fit: prompt-only "AI enthusiasts," certificate collectors, or candidates who need step-by-step direction. HOW WE WILL WORK 1. Paid trial (1 to 2 weeks, $500 fixed): you build a small prospecting and outreach engine on public data, with a live demo and documentation. Nothing is sent to real prospects. 2. 90-day contract with 3 outcome targets: a prospecting engine, a content and SEO engine, and one internal sales-support agent. Further internal agents follow. 3. Weekly check-in and a monthly review of the agent roadmap. 4. Conversion: top performers move to a long-term contract or full-time role. BUDGET: $18 to $25/hr based on experience, about 30 to 40 hrs/week, plus a performance bonus tied to outcomes. Overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours is needed. TO APPLY, INCLUDE 1.
