AI Developer Needed for a Manufacturing Operations Web Application

We are exploring ways to use AI to make manufacturing and production workflows more efficient. We are looking for a developer who can help us integrate AI into a web application for handling technical documents, production information, and day-to-day operational queries. The idea is to make it easier for users to find information, understand technical documentation, and get useful answers without manually searching through multiple files. What we need help with: - Integrate an LLM such as OpenAI into a web application. - Build a feature that allows users to upload technical documents, manuals, or SOPs and ask questions about their contents. - Generate answers based on the uploaded documents, ideally with references to the relevant sections. - Connect the AI functionality to a React.js frontend and backend APIs. - Handle document processing, response accuracy, errors, and access to information securely. Skills required: - Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM services. - Experience building document-based AI assistants or RAG applications. - Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and document retrieval. - Experience with React.js and backend API integration. - Understanding of data security and AI response limitations.
