Project Overview: The goal is to take unstructured legacy PDFs/documents, extract structured JSON data via OpenAI/Claude, and inject that data directly into pre-formatted Microsoft Word (.docx) templates using python-docx / docxtpl. Key Responsibilities: 1. Set up a Pydantic schema to capture required document fields. 2. Implement structured extraction using OpenAI GPT-4o API. 3. Map extracted JSON data into an existing Word (.docx) template using `docxtpl` without breaking original styling, headers, or fonts. 4. (Optional) Provide a simple Streamlit interface for uploading files and downloading converted Word docs.
