AI Engineer / Machine Learning

We’re looking for a highly technical, AI-native builder to work on an early-stage intelligence product. The work involves building systems that can search across large amounts of fragmented information, understand entities and context, identify relevant signals, and rank what actually matters. Relevant experience includes: * LLM agents and tool use * Deep research / search systems * Web crawling, scraping and data pipelines * Retrieval, ranking and recommendation systems * Entity resolution / knowledge graphs * Working with messy structured and unstructured data * Evaluation systems for AI outputs You should be highly resourceful and comfortable taking an ambiguous problem from “we want to know X” to a working system that reliably finds X. This is an engineering role, not data entry or generic web research. We’ll start with a small paid project. For an exceptional person, there is scope to become a significant early contributor as the product develops.
