AI Transcript Summary MVP for Sales and Support

We’re looking for an experienced AI developer to build a small, reliable MVP that turns call, chat, and email transcripts into structured, actionable summaries. The tool will be used internally by our sales and customer-support team to quickly understand conversations, qualify leads, and follow up more effectively. Scope of work: Accept pasted text transcripts from calls, chats, or emails Use GPT to generate a concise conversation summary Extract key information such as contact name, company, needs, intent, budget, timeline, objections, and urgency Generate a recommended next action or follow-up message Return results in clean structured JSON and/or a readable formatted view Optionally send the result to a Google Sheet or webhook Keep the logic reusable so we can add new workflows later Requirements: Hands-on experience with OpenAI / GPT integrations Strong prompt engineering for consistent structured outputs Experience with Node.js, Python, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools Clean, maintainable implementation and clear output formatting
