Architectural Drawings From ReCap Point Cloud

i will provide fully registered Autodesk ReCap (.rcp) point-cloud of existing buildings and I need it converted into clean 2D plans sections and elevations suitable to send onto architects for them to start their designs... (Budget: £10 - £15 GBP, Jobs: 2D Drafting, AutoCAD)
