Build a Fully Autonomous AI Programming Pipeline

Custom development of a fully autonomous AI programming pipeline. The pipeline must accept end-to-end objectives described in natural language. An AI team must automatically decompose tasks, write code, debug, test, and produce verifiable delivery evidence; human involvement is limited to final acceptance. The project will be accepted against a real migration task involving a secondarily developed Vendure application, and the contractor must provide end-to-end verification results, a load-testing report, and a red-team testing report. The implementation framework is open. OpenHands, CrewAI, Goose, or other open-source solutions may be used, provided that they do not create any additional software or service costs for the client.
