Build Automated X/Twitter Posting Tool

I run a large U.S. housing market account on X with 100k+ followers. I post housing data and analysis daily, and many posts generate 100k to 1M+ views. I’m looking to hire a developer ASAP to turn this process into an automated content system. The goal is to have a working first version completed within 30 days. The system should automatically produce and publish roughly 8 to 10 high-quality X posts per day based on U.S. housing market data. The basic workflow: -Scan housing data across different U.S. regions, states, metros, and counties -Identify significant changes or unusual trends in metrics like housing inventory, home sales, home values, price growth, and related indicators -Rotate geographic regions so the content stays varied -Use historically successful posts as examples for writing style, hooks, formatting, and story selection -Generate the appropriate data chart for each post -Add simple visual elements to charts, such as arrows, percentages, labels, circles, and short headlines -Generate the accompanying X post copy, mixing the best performing writing styles -Occasionally incorporate promotion of the company/product -Automatically schedule and publish the posts through X We already have the underlying housing data. The main work is building the trend/anomaly detection, content generation, chart annotation, automation, and publishing system. Ideally, the system would also track post performance so we can learn which markets, metrics, hooks, and post formats perform best over time. Useful skills: Python, X/Twitter API, OpenAI/LLM APIs, SQL and data analysis, automation workflows, chart/image generation, API integrations, and social media automation. Experience building AI agents, automated content systems, financial/data products, or social media automation is a strong plus. I’m hiring immediately and want the first working version completed within one month.
