ChatGPT & Claude Expert – AI Workflows, Integrations, Automation & Business Projects

Job Description We are looking for an experienced ChatGPT / OpenAI specialist to help us professionally set up, optimize, integrate, and maintain ChatGPT for our business operations. We are already actively using ChatGPT and have started developing several business projects and workflows. Our preference is to continue primarily with ChatGPT/OpenAI, rather than move to another platform. The selected freelancer should also have good knowledge of Claude/Anthropic, so they can advise us when Claude may provide a genuine advantage for a particular task. However, ChatGPT/OpenAI expertise is the main requirement. This is not a position for someone who only writes prompts. We need a person who understands the complete practical setup—from the appropriate ChatGPT subscription and configuration to file access, integrations, prompts, workflows, security, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements. Main Responsibilities The freelancer will help us with: Reviewing our current ChatGPT account, subscription, configuration, and existing projects. Advising us on the most appropriate ChatGPT/OpenAI subscription or business setup for our requirements and whether an upgrade or different configuration is actually necessary. Helping us properly configure and optimize ChatGPT for business use. Connecting ChatGPT to the specific company files, folders, documents, and data sources that we authorize it to work with. Setting up appropriate and secure access to local/server files, cloud storage, email, or other business systems when required. Determining the best method of integration, such as built-in ChatGPT features, connectors/plugins, MCP, APIs, automation tools, or other appropriate solutions. Creating professional prompts, instructions, rules, and reusable workflows for different business tasks. Reviewing and improving our existing ChatGPT projects and workflows rather than unnecessarily rebuilding what already works. Building structured workflows where ChatGPT can review documents, reports, spreadsheets, certificates, records, and other business information. Helping automate repetitive tasks where practical. Troubleshooting problems with existing ChatGPT workflows and integrations. Improving the accuracy, reliability, speed, and efficiency of our AI workflows. Advising us about privacy, security, permissions, and appropriate access levels when ChatGPT works with confidential company information. Maintaining and updating the projects as ChatGPT/OpenAI features and capabilities change. Providing practical advice about new ChatGPT features that may improve our existing projects. Comparing ChatGPT/OpenAI with Claude when necessary and recommending Claude only when there is a clear technical or practical benefit. Documenting important configurations and workflows so they can be maintained in the future. Providing ongoing technical support and advice as new AI projects are introduced. Examples of the Work We Want to Develop Our projects may include workflows such as: Giving ChatGPT controlled access to selected company files and folders. Reviewing technical reports and documents and identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Comparing reports against procedures, methods, worksheets, or supporting documents. Monitoring documents, certificates, records, and expiry dates. Reviewing and organizing business information. Working with emails and documents. Creating repeatable AI-assisted administrative and technical workflows. Developing additional ChatGPT-based business projects gradually as requirements arise. The exact projects will be developed step by step with the selected freelancer. Required Experience We are particularly interested in someone with practical experience in: ChatGPT / OpenAI ChatGPT account and business configuration ChatGPT integrations and connectors OpenAI API File and document integration MCP (Model Context Protocol) API integrations AI workflow automation Prompt engineering and structured instructions Python where required for integrations Cloud storage and business-system integrations Data privacy, permissions, and security Claude / Anthropic as a secondary platform Troubleshooting and maintaining AI workflows We do not require someone to develop machine-learning models from scratch. We are looking for a practical ChatGPT Integration & Business AI Specialist who can understand a business requirement and determine the simplest, safest, and most effective way to implement it. Working Arrangement This will be an hourly contract. We plan to start with our existing ChatGPT setup and a small number of specific projects. We will evaluate the freelancer based on practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication, and the quality of the implemented solutions. If the cooperation is successful, this can become a long-term ongoing assignment, because we expect to continue adding, improving, and maintaining multiple ChatGPT-based business workflows. We prefer someone who can not only perform the requested task but also advise us when there is a better, simpler, safer, or more cost-effective solution.
