Compensation Data Analyst for Pre-Seed Startup

We are seeking a tech compensation consultant to provide compensation data for a pre-seed startup. Information will include executive, product management, marketing, sales, and engineering data at a minimum. The role involves collecting base salary and equity information by United States region to provide insights for hiring and budget planning. The ideal candidate will have access to Carta, Pave, and other T1 providers of this information so the reports are well researched.
