Complete Telehealth Website on WordPress

I need help to build a telehealth website with payment, booking appointments, and integrating with best practice software. The site should allow new patient form uploads and script uploads to over 400 pharmacies. Patients should be able to add reviews to trial medicines. The project was started on WordPress but left unfinished by the previous developer. The focus is on completing the patient portal, creating script upload to pharmacies currently using a store locator but needs direct upload to pharmacies. The project is close to completion, with about 200 medicine cards and patient login features to finalize plus adding new script upload to pharmacies
