Crypto Wallet Developer

We're a Japan-based fintech building a non-custodial crypto wallet, and we're looking to bring on Backend, Frontend, and potentially Full-Stack developers to help us build and scale the actual product. This isn't maintenance work on a legacy system — you'll be shipping real features on a platform that's actively handling client funds, so the work matters and the stakes are real. We're a small, fast-moving startup team. You'll be working closely with our CTO and the rest of engineering, not buried in process for its own sake — but because we're dealing with crypto and real money, we hold a high bar for code quality, testing, and judgment. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 5 years of professional experience (slightly less can be considered for strong candidates) • Backend, Frontend, or Full-Stack — let us know which you're strongest in • TypeScript proficiency is mandatory • Go or Rust experience is a strong plus • Solidity experience is a strong plus • Additional language proficiency is a bonus • BSc or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial • Crypto, DeFi, or Web3 experience preferred • Comfortable working in a startup environment — fast-moving, some ambiguity, real ownership Compensation: $2,700 USD per month Setup: Remote, full-time Interview Process: Our process includes a coding test as part of the evaluation, in addition to standard interview rounds.
